Ordering Instructions

Please email your choice of julz (ring, bracelet, small necklace, large necklace)
the image number(s), and wire color(s) that I should use to create your unique
handmade julz to orders@handmadejulz.com.

Once I receive your order, I will send you an invoice through paypal for the
total amount due.

Your order will be shipped to you within 2 weeks of payment being confirmed.

rings $20 • • • bracelets $25 • • • small necklaces $30 • • • large necklaces $35

If you would like to customize your julz - add $10
(you will need to provide a .jpg image by email)

All online orders are currently being processed by using paypal.
Paypal is a secure and easy site to use. For more info click here.


Shipping

We now ship internationally! All orders shipped in U.S. are being shipped using Priority Mail through the USPS.There is a flat shipping/handling charge of $5 for
all U.S. orders. We ship international orders using Global Priority Mail. There is a flat rate of $10 for all international orders. We cannot be held responsible for any problems due to foreign customs.

Every piece of jewelry that you order is custom made just for you.
Your order will be shipped within 2 weeks of payment.


Returns

Please email or call within 2 weeks of receiving your order if there is
any problem with your purchase. Due to the fact that every piece of jewelry
is custom made, I will only be able to refund or exchange defective or damaged merchandise.

Email me at julie@handmadejulz.com before returning items so we can
make arrangements for the return/exchange.
